WordPress Update IP

I manage a wordpress multisite install that is currently installed on some pretty heavily locked down servers. The only way to upload/download/access is to have our IT team put your IP on an approved list. Problem is I can’t run updates on wordpress through the dashboard because it’s being blocked. I would love to get the IP wordpress uses so I can add that to our list of approved IP’s. Manually updating the site every time there is a plugin update or wordpress update is very cumbersome and could be potentially problematic. Anyone know the IP’s they use, or potentially a way around this issue?
