I have just upgraded my blog here: http://www.wowpvpcheats.info

I followed the instructions but it visually does not look right. The error file reads this:
[22-Feb-2008 12:34:11] PHP Warning: array_key_exists() [function.array-key-exists]: The first argument should be either a string or an integer in /home/chcom2/public_html/wowpvpcheats/wp-includes/category-template.php on line 176

    Thanks for any help

  • its always a good idea to put errors and keywords into the search box at the top of the forum. Very little hasnt already been covered, and regurgitating something for you is harder than you looking.

Unfortunately, all of those topics revert back to a problem with the theme. I myself have tried a number of themes and also the default theme.

    The problem is still there…

Also I’m not getting any error logs anymore.

    bump

a bump after waiting 35 minutes isnt going to get you any friends.

Furthermore, I dont see that error on your site — what I do see is a lot of validation errors

The error was in a file called errorlogs in the root folder of the blog. I’m just not sure how any validation errors would occur when the site was perfectly fine before I ‘upgraded’ to 2.3.3.

This hasn’t happened to anyone else ever?

youre very confusing, you said it was in your error_log, and than you said

    The problem is still there…

Also I’m not getting any error logs anymore.

so is it or isnt it? Because if youre not getting the error_logs, I cant see how you would know the problem persists.

Lastly, Im going to call you out and say that you failed with your test on the default theme, and that it does NOT cause an error.

I point you to this thread for some other ppl’s solutions.

“how you would know the problem persists” ?

It’s easy, you go to the link, and notice the blog is completely messed up, or rather the home page is messed up, this is not hard to notice.

I think you are caught up on this “error” that I spoke about before… The problem is how the home page looks.

Yea I noticed that link but those fixes are not real fixes as was noted in the thread.

    Thank you for responding.

Indeed. if we have moved past the error and are now looking at your site, then I need to revisit this:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.wowpvpcheats.info/

If you actually looked at the errors you would notice that atleast one of your embed tags has been changed to imbed, or something similar. Its an unintended consequence of your upgrade. Its been discussed in many threads.

Editing the posts that are hosed up will correct that bit.

In other words, fix the errors.

AH yes, I remember having the ibed/embed errors before with my video posts.

Thank you alot, I should have looked closer at the w3 validation, I am sorry.

    Thank you a lot!
