    I tried using the wordpress user standard field for the email template but it resulted in this: Hello **first_name**
    Is it possible to pull the user’s First name somehow?

    @veroquint523,

    If you fill a column with a value in first_name name, it should work.

    Are you referring to the import csv file? If so, I do have a column with the name “first_name”

    I have just tested, and it works perfectly (something so basic it was strange it was broken because thousands of users use it).

    In CSV I have column first_name and in email template I have **first_name** and it works.

    If you try a test email it won’t work because it has no data to show you the first_name in the email.

    Thank you for the tip. I updated the plugin and tried with a new user account and it worked!!!
    Thanks for your quick response

    Please always use the last version of the plugin. We solve many problems and try oftenly.
