@robbieannd It sounds like this is specific to some work that Obviously is doing and isn’t directly related to Web Stories. I do see in the info that you shared that your WordPress site is on v5.8.2, so you will need to let Obviously know about that and ask them what else you can do to make things work for whatever they are trying to do.
