WordPress VIP file input mail sending issue

We’re using WordPress VIP platform for hosting our website. We are using contact form 7 plugin in it. Normal contact forms are working with text and input fields. But when we are using file inputs in contact forms, Mail is not getting send due to the architecture of WordPress VIP container system that does not allow application to upload files to its container system. Is there any known method to fix this issue or any patches ?
