The answer to your questions is mainly YES.
However, the title doesn’t really make sense: WP is an online (server based) publishing tool, while DW is a desktop web design tool.
They have nothing to do with each other and they perform completely different roles.

Yes, but you’ll have to have a plugin that would both display the form and process the submission once it occurs.
Customize the regular page to add pictures and content together?
Yes, absolutely.
Can you add adsense?
Yes, but you will need to learn how to change themes without breaking them.

moshu I understand dw is a tool but I couldn’t think of what a normal webpage would be called so I just said dreamweaver…

You can use Dreamweaver to customize WordPress themes, or to make your own. You can buy premium WordPress themes, just Google it.
