    Hi All,

    Our website was working fine with Woocommerce but suddenly it crashed. We had to delete the woocommerce folder from FTP Server in order to bring website back to life which means all our products information is gone. When we try to re-install woocommerce webiste crashes again.

    Further details on the website are as below:

    Wordpress Version – 5.5.1
    Current Theme – Astra(Version 2.5.5)
    Current Plugin – Woocommerce (version 4.6.0)
    PHP version 7.3.12

    Error Details :

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 30 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/autoload_functions.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/src/Package.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’)

    We have tried switching the theme that did not work for us. We are in a very tough spot, request you to kindly help us with this.

    Looking forward for a solution 🙂

    Hi @labelmonk

    That must be very distressing! The good news is that the WooCommerce folder does not contain your product data – it’s stored in the database, so it should be there once you get WooCommerce back up and running. 🙂

    It sounds like another of your plugins may have a conflict with WooCommerce.

    I would recommend disabling ALL plugins and then re-installing WooCommerce. If it works fine, you’ll know it’s due to a conflict. At that point, you’ll need to re-enable your plugins one-by-one, testing in between each until (unfortunately) it crashes again. That will at least help you identify which plugin is not playing nicely with WooCommerce.
