• Hello!

I have a WordPress website that was downloaded in a zip file (a very big file) and I should import it back up to see how it looked previously.

    I have downloaded the ww.wp.xz.cn

Can someone help me with this?

    Thank you!

It looks like it is the entire site inside the zip file. Can you check the contents of the zip to verify that?

Yes entire website is in this file.

    Thank you

Check if the database is there. If it is, you just have to unzip the contents, import the database, and change the database config file

Can I share a link with you containing the files?

@llanaa5 can you give more insight into what your intentions are?

For example, are you wanting to go live with this WordPress website so that others can access it, or are you wanting to load it up so that only you can access it?

Downloading WordPress from ww.wp.xz.cn will still require loading WordPress into a space/hosting environment. That can happen locally, but more likely you’ll want to get the files in this .zip to a hosting provider. Most hosting providers support techs will help unpack it and get it working if you have a domain name and hosting plan already.
