WordPress white page after adding user

Hi,

I’ve been digging this for a while but can’t find any possible fix in the web so I decided to ask help here instead.

Is any has this issue or encounter same issue?, my problem is after I’ve added user in wordpress dashbaord the turn into a white page, however, it does added the user successfully, it’s kinda weird.

Okay I found out it’s our plugin having an issue and we’re checking the code but we have lots of code added in our plugin, actually it’s not our plugin it’s a plugin from other developer and we just added, customize to suit our need, so anyone know the code to where this happen? or wordpress function hook?
