WordPress Widget Woffice Theme

    Hello, how are you? Congratulations on your great plugin.
    We have an intranet theme running here, called woffice, I thought it would be awesome to have a zendesk form on the dashboard widget. I don’t know if that would be a custom development exclusevly for this theme or if it is a general wordpress thing.

    Maybe that is already implemented on the plugin but I dont know how to add it to the widget list (under wordpress administration / appearence / widgets).

    If that is already impelemented, can you help me making it show up? If not, is it doable?

    Hi Giacomo, thanks for getting in touch!

    It should be possible to place the form in a widget. You could generate the forms shortcode by going to ‘Settings > Zendesk Form’. After selecting the options, a code is generated. You can then copy and paste that code into a ‘Text’ or ‘Custom HTML’ widget.

    Let me know if that worked for you! Or if you need more guidance on the required steps.
