• The it company managing my clients hosting are incompetent and didn’t create the cPanel with the WordPress installer.

    So had to upload via ftp but when I go to install it nothing loads at all.

    I need to know why the WordPress installation files are defective and how to fix them.

  • Hey! are you sure about the URL? because when I visit your URL, it redirect me to a registrar. Try to reupload WordPress files.

    If you correct the URL you gave to wp-admin, then you get an unauthorized message.

    This indicates that likely all your file permissions are incorrect. Not all hosting systems use CPanel. You need to ask your hosting provider to fix the problem.

    To makesure, you can contact your hosting provider, and ask them, is the hosting their offered including cpanel or other features needed? If the hosting provide with the complete features, such as file manager, database, phpmyadmin, mysql, etc, you can easily install your WordPress.
