‘wordpress_test_cookie’ not generated after clear cache&cookies

    Hello,
    i wanna ask about cookies.

    my wp site is not regenerating any wordpress_* or wp_* cookies after clearing caches and cookies.

    is anyone know about this problem? pls help. i spent my 3 days to find this root cause.
