WordPress.com login API?

I want to host my own WordPress blog on http://www.saveourspecies.net so that I have more control over Themes and widgets I can use.
Is there someway I can allow people who are logged in to WordPress.com to access my site using their wordpress.com credentials so that trackbacks th their blogs function?
