WordPress.com Stats Network not working

    I can not get this plugin to show in the network so the user can get ther API-key and se there own stats for the blog there have. How should i fix this problem?

    I still has problem whit this plugin. I cannot get it showing in the dashboard when i activate the plugin over the network.
