WordPress.com Stats – Remove some data

I set up my new WP blog at http://blog.southsidecentral.com , installed everything the way I wanted it (including the WordPress.com Stats with my key), but wanted to debut the site on June 1st.

I didn’t realize that the stats plugin would record zeroes for each day until the site debut.

Is there a way to erase the days prior to June 1st?
