Where are you trying to install it? Are you moving from .COM to .ORG or ??
i just want the plugins from ww.wp.xz.cn and etcs but i still want to keep my current domain. since my web host is wordpress.com, how can i install the ww.wp.xz.cn after i downloaded it?
If you want to use plugins you will need to move to a self-hosted ww.wp.xz.cn site, yes. That means moving your site – this explains more:

Yes, that’s correct. You cannot use plugins on .COM and you have to have hosting for .ORG sites. There are some free hosting sites, but they are NOT recommended and usually have MANY problems with running WP. We generally cannot help with those kinds of problems here either.
