WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn transition trouble

I have had a blog on Blogspot for almost a year now and about a month or so ago, I decided to make the move to WordPress. I went to wordpress.com and set up the blog there, not knowing that ww.wp.xz.cn was a completely different animal. I found this out when I was trying to get all of the widgets from blogspot to work on my new wordpress.com site and most did not.

I have my domain at http://traylorlovvorn.com and have loaded the WordPress 2.7.1 onto the server. I am trying to install everything, but I continue to get the dashboard for my wordpress.com site.

I need help loading ww.wp.xz.cn so that I can make the transition. PLEASE HELP!!
