ww.wp.xz.cn FLV video player

Evening ladies and gents,
I’m intrigued by the built-in FLV video player that’s used on ww.wp.xz.cn, most recently in the release post for 2.7.

Is it an available plugin, or something the team uses only internally, or what exactly?

Any insight is appreciated
