ww.wp.xz.cn plugin directory. How to get?

    I’ve concluded after days of researching that the ww.wp.xz.cn’s plugin directory is what I need for my site; a list of user-made posts that can be rated, and then sorted by highest rating, most popular, newest, etc. and can also integrate multiple categories.

    The problem is, how do I get it? Is it a theme? Plugin? Any ideas? I NEED this.

    In your dashboard go to plugin>add new. Then type the name of the plugin that you want like WP touch etc to get the plugin.

    Are you inferring I do not know how to install a plugin? Does anybody understand what I’m saying? It really couldn’t get much more simple…

    The WPORG Plugin Repository is a custom build. It’s not available anywhere else.

    Well, that stinks… I guess I shall return to my quest in the search for such a thing.
