I think the profiles on ww.wp.xz.cn have to be edited independently of Gravatar, I remember having to update my bio and avatars in multiple places recently.
So, my profile on ww.wp.xz.cn:
https://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/suzettefranck/
is different then my Gravatar profile, which is:
http://en.gravatar.com/suzettewds
The support forums use different information for their profiles as well: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/profile/suzettefranck

It’s because the email you registered at ww.wp.xz.cn is different to the email on your Gravatar image.
@andrew how can I change my email address at ww.wp.xz.cn? There is no field when I edit the profile. There is also no way to upload a profile image (if it’s supposed to be separate.) Thanks!

Isn’t it there underneath the “Display name as” field: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/profile/mizejewski/edit
I was editing the profile form at profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/mizejewski/ which has no email field.
I thought the forum profile was separate — but you drawing my attention there just allowed me to catch a typo in my email address. Fixing that fixed everything. Cheers!
