@mdc2957,
Yes, Definitely it will works..we have already tested that..
For site1, site2, site3. You have to use hidden fields with CF7 to pass values of site name, either you do create New Tabs under the same spreadsheet with different titles of site name, It will work perfect,
Let me know if we can help you further,

Hi Jina,
I’m testing this now on the first site, the data is being sent to the google sheet as expected, however, the hidden field data is not being sent. Maybe it’s because I don’t understand how to format the field on the contact form. This is the documentation for hidden field in CF7: https://contactform7.com/hidden-field/
I tried things like
[hidden from-site site1.com]
[hidden from-site “site1.com”]
So can you tell me how to format the hidden field in my contact form so that it sends the data to the sheet?
My plan is when I create a new site, I use the same form, just change the hidden field, and send the data to a new row on the same sheet that the other sites use. I think that should work once I get this hidden field figured out. Hope you can help!
Nevermind, I think I got it working – so far so good!
Quick update – I duplicated my website to a new domain, submitted the form from the new domain and the submission appeared on the spread sheet. I didn’t have to get a new code, or change the sheet or anything. It just worked, very happy and I will post a review for you.
Great.. Feel free to do let us know if have any issues in future,
