    I’m not quite sure what you are referring to in terms of functionality?

    The Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway and WooCommerce Payments are two different payment methods so they cannot be integrated together but if you are looking to use both of them on your site, yes you can. This will allow your customer to choose to pay via WooCommerce Payments or Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway.
