    Hello,
    Thank you for your comment and for using ‘Kaya QR Code Generator’.

    I do not know in detail the plugin “Forminator”, but the QR Code must first be present in a WordPress page, because it uses JavaScript functions to be generated.

    Sorry I don’t think it can be used with an automatic PDF generator if it’s not in frontend.
