    I’m not really sure what you meant with –

    but to answer your precise questions –

    Does this worth with Thesis?
    = Yes, the plugin is made to work with any WordPress theme / Framework.

    Does it offer Letter Grading Instead of 5/5 etc?
    = At the moment, no. Though we have plans to work on improving rating system and provide more options / features.
