Hello AwesomeSupport Team,
is there any workaround to deal with the missing translation of items like “Department” or “Product” until a fix is available?
I’ve already translated the both words in the functions-custom-fields.php in wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/includes/custom-fields but its still in English.

Hi:

Unfortunately, there is no work-around right now. A small code-change is needed to to fix the issue.

Can you say when the next version of AwesomeSupport with the translation fix will be published, as my company has to decide when our helpdesk system will go online?
