What is your website and where did you see “material that I did not want” ?
Let us review it and help you out as there might be a misunderstanding here:
– Our theme ONLY has 1 message in the options screen letting users know that there’s a pro version available.
– our free theme is NOT crippled in any way – it’s a flexible WP theme with user friendly features. We offer the pro version with more advanced options and premium support.
You can admit that comparing one of our FREE themes with Avada which is a $60 premium price theme is a total nonsense.
It would have been a much better approach to contact us via the support forum to resolve your issues rather than leaving us an unjustified 1 star rating without proper examples of your problems and a chance for us to assist you.

I have been using Flat-Responsive for some time and have had several questions regarding setup and creating a specific look. I have had great success with the extremely responsiveness (forgive the pun) from the theme author. I have no complaints at all with this theme, its upgrades, the authors, nor any of its features.
As mentioned, comparing a free theme to a higher end paid theme is unfair and unnecessary. If you need more, then you need to pay for it. If you do not like a theme get another one. I have used this theme, modified it, and it works great. When I have a question, I ask and get a quick response that fixes what I need.
Thank you for creating and maintaining this theme for our benefit. I appreciate what you have done for me and others like me. I will be giving you a high rating.

Nothing angers me more when someone just bashes a product rating with a poorly explained review without even contacting our support that is always here to assist.
