Wp Multisite install in his own directory with the index.php in the root.
Two subdirectory sites: mysite/es and mysite/en
I all ready have all the content and translations to load
Is there a setting in your plugin to duplicate the content from one site into the other and then translate, or I must copy each article, or use another plugin to clone from spanish site to english site.
Which workflow do you recommend?

It depends on the project. I had to work with sites where I had to duplicate everything or other blogs where a simple export was everything I needed. Read this thread here too: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-multisite-language-switcher-duplicate-the-whole-website?replies=10

Thanks Dennis for your quick response.
I think that for me, it will best to clone the site.
The plugins suggested on the thread don’t seam updated for wp 3.9.1.
I will research which are updated. Thanks again.
