Workforce Forum

Hello,

I have a client who want to use a forum style application for his work force which is comprised of employees and sub-contractors.

I am thinking BBPress or BuddyPress would work. However the client would like that every member receive an email with EVERY notification that is posted or updated. This would be a small controllable group, so they are not too concerned with over inundating people with email.

My questions are:

• would either of these forum plugins be suitable?
• if so, what add-on items, if any, might be needed for the email notification
• Also, I am open to other plugin suggestions if anyone has any

I’ve only had two implementation of forums and its been awhile!

I appreciate any suggestions at all!
