• Professional WordPress designer. Clients asked me to research the best “PopUp” plugin for their site. Tried this one on WordPress 4.0. Could not get to work. Preview does not work. PopUp does not display. On to the next plugin.

  • Hi @david Swanson,

Thanks for reviewing, though sorry to hear you had trouble using the plugin. It sounds like there was likely a JavaScript conflict, which could happen if there’s another plugin or theme loading scripts incorrectly or just in a way that conflicts.

We’d love to get that sorted if you’d be willing to look into it.

You could simply create a new post here:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wordpress-popup

And our support team will be right along to help sort that out. We guarantee the plugin works, and I’m sure we could get that conflict resolved quickly.

    How does that sound?

    Hi there @david Swanson,

In the latest release, we’ve fixed multiple issues and also added the following free features, which used to be locked to premium, we’d love for you to give us another try!

1: Custom css editing, you can now add custom css rules directly to your PopUp’s, on a per PopUp basis.

2: Colour options are now unlocked, allowing you to add background colours and change the colour of the PopUp’s

3: We’ve raised the active PopUp limit from 1 to 3, which is perfect if you want to run A/B tests or similar. 🙂

4: The ajax form submittal option has been unlocked, perfect for use with gravity forms and other form plugins!

5: Style your PopUps with the great animations which were premium only and now unlocked for all! 🙂

    Thanks!
