• We use a plugin for creating events. The interface is much the same as making a post. Your Email Users plugin seems to work with it as it gives me the option to Notify users about this post. But when I click on that option it brings up a blank page. Is there a way I can get it to work with this plugin or do I have to use the mass email option?
The email users plugin does work well with the regular blog posts.

The notify feature should work with Custom Post Types. I just checked it on two different plugins which define custom post types and in both cases, the Notify function from the post editing screen operates properly.

There is however, a PHP warning issued which I’ll need to look into at some point. It doesn’t seen to affect the actual notification process though.

If you’re getting a blank screen my guess is your event plugin is doing something it shouldn’t be doing on the Dashboard.

Thanks for the quick reply Mike. We are the Events Manager plugin. I notice now the when I’m looking at the event, in the dashboard, I’m in the Events tab. But when I click notify users it switches to the Posts tab on the dashboard and that’s when I get the blank screen. Otherwise both plugins have worked well independently.
