Responding to your questions, the collections’ products are available with the professional version of the plugin.
The Music Store supports PayPal, Stripe, Square, and iDeal Mollie as payment gateways.
Store the files in the cloud is possible, but you must enter URLs pointing directly to the audio files as the files for selling.

The plugin does not give access to the buyers to the original audio files’ URLs. It contains a script that works as a proxy between the buyer and the audio files.

You can insert the products’ shortcodes directly, indicating the layout to use. For example, by inserting the following shortcode into the page’s content, you would insert the product with id=3 and the structure of the product’s page:
