• This plugin works ok… except all of a sudden, it will stop working, without making any changes to any settings. For example, this week my feed stopped updating for no apparent reason. Their support for customers not paying for their hosting service is abysmal. IE you are totally on your own. They recommend you pay for their help, which to me looks like they screw it up on purpose so you pay for them to bail you out.

    Hi Brad,

Sorry you’re having difficulties with the PowerPress plugin. You filed a support request thru the Blubrry contact form today at 8:56PM EST, which I just responded to now (roughly 30 minutes later).

Blubrry has multiple points of contact for customer support and we try to respond to all of them as quickly as possible, regardless of whether or not those requests are made by paying customers or not.

Thank you for responding. I really appreciate it. On the website under support it looked very much to me like my issues were only going to be addressed if I payed for it. Other than that, it seemed like, “read this and this, and fix it yourself.” So I’m very pleased for your help.

bradhuebert, were we able to help you out?

It is confusing but we needed a way to separate paid customers with free plugin users. We have to record how much of our time goes where.

This is a delicate struggle for any open source project. We believe we go above and beyond what is expected for a free product.

bradhuebert, did you get in touch with one of our support staff, or are you still having an issue?
