Works GREAT — except…

This plugin seems to work GREAT!

Except when a video is uploaded (mp4), I get an error screen:
( ! ) Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_read_video_metadata() in C:\wamp\www\website\wp-admin\includes\image.php on line 131

Other times its line 134

All other files types seem to work.

So, is there a way NOT to allow videos uploads?
