Hi @crosstherubicon,
Apologize for the delay, was away for a couple due to personal reasons.
That situation is caused by the settings of your cache plugin.
Can you let me know what cache plugin are you using so I can recommend the best settings?
Can you also activate the plugin again?
Thanks
I am using WP Fastest Cache. Deactivated it and reactivated Mobile Menu and now it seems to be working. If you can recommend the best settings that would be appreciated or another good caching plugin compatible with Divi Theme. I’ll revise my review. Thanks for getting back to me. I have a lot of Divi sites so will probably go Pro once I get this sorted out.
@crosstherubicon Got it, thanks. In that case will be necessary to exclude the CSS and Javascript from Fastest Cache so it won’t break the behaviour of our plugin.
Check this article for a better understanding
https://www.wpmobilemenu.com/knowledgebase/tips-tricks/exclude-wp-mobile-menu-css-and-javascript-from-wp-fastest-cache/
But basically in the WP Fastest Cache settings go to the “Exclude” tab, scroll down and create 2 exclusion rules. 1 to Exclude CSS and another one to Exclude JS.
Just enter mobile-menu in those exlcusion rules.
After that you may purge the WP Fastest cache and see if it works.
Thanks I appreaciate in the end that you may change your review. I’m usually faste r in support but due to personal reasons it wasn’t possible.
Thanks for the nice review. Let me kow if necessary.
