    Go to the Logs menu item and then choose Error from the Activity drop down and see if you see any error messages. Also choose Process from the drop down and see if you see any messages that start with ‘Cron starting MyCurator’ . You can email any screen shots of these logs to us using the Contact Us page on our site.
