Worpress display issue

I recently installed worpress onto wamp for the purpose of designing themes. Using it on the host computer going through http://localhost all is fine and dandy, however whenever I try to access it from any other computer on my local network using the host computers ip address it does not display correctly. In addition I cannot visit any of the other pages. If I type the ip address into the host computers browser it still has the same problem. I am not very familiar with wamp and servers and such, could it be a permissions problem? How do I go about fixing this?
