Hi @abdaudi262 , we are sorry you had a bad experience.
But I’m sure there must have been a mistake. We are using Mail Mint ourselves on all of your websites, and we have hundreds of other users that are using the plugin actively.
The only time something like you described can happen is if you have caching enabled for your WP-admin. If you simply disable backend cache from your caching plugin (or via your hosting if you have backend cache enabled on server level), this issue will no longer persist.
I would humbly request you to either reach us at support and let us assist you. We are determined to help any users that face issues with a dedicated support team.
So please give us a chance to help you and possibly improve this rating.
Thanks.
Okay let me know how can i solve this ??
I will disable the cache plugin if you want after that it will work properly ??
Hi @abdaudi262 , normally, it should work if you disable caching for wp-admin, as that’s what we have faced so far.
Rather than disabling the plugin, you may test it by clearing the cache after making the changes and checking after a few seconds. (Do make sure to save the changes you made before trying this.)
But as I said, if you communicate with us directly on support, maybe we can help you out more accurately as we, too, want to identify why you are facing this and help resolve it real quick.
We always are ready to solve any issues our users face because we want a long-term relationship with our users.
Thanks.
Hi @abdaudi262 , were you able to check the plugin again? We did release an update last week with a permanent solution to the caching issue.
Now, the plugin should not have missing pages due to caching.
I humbly request you to give the plugin another try after clearing previous cache. And if possible, please update this rating.
Thanks.
