    I purchased the Pro version and kept getting PHP timeout errors when backing up to Google Drive and Dropbox. I opened a support ticket and they wanted temp admin access to my WordPress Dashboard. Like a fool, I gave it to them, and they took my website totally down with the dreaded 401 HTTP error. They did nothing to fix it for several hours. so I fixed it myself, deleted the temp account and their plugin. I will find another backup solution.. Worst support ever!
