Worth it!

I’ve used the free WordFence plugin for years and still do on one of my own sites, but the problem is WordFence loads down the web sites as time goes on and their DB tables (lost of them) grow.
I’ve also used Solid Security and that plugin is even worse. Every time my clients complain about their site login process slowing down dramatically, it’s always been due to Solid Security DB tables exceed (sometimes) 5GB. That’s just crazy and clearly plugins like WordFence and Solid Security aren’t managing their DB tables.
