Would like coding to use with another plugin

Hi,

I enjoy using your plugin and would like to optimize its use on my site. Although I’m not a coder, I’ve been able to do most of what I want on the site. However, I have not been able to figure out how to find the code for the Simple Subscribe plugin so I can use it in conjunction with another plugin (Scroll Triggered Boxes); shortcode does not seem to work with it. It would be much appreciated if you would be able to supply a code I can put into txt.
