Would Pro version work with media manager plugins

Hi I’d like to purchase the pro plugin so I can include PDFs in my search results. I am using plugins that modify the media library by sorting it into folders and updating the file path URLs to include the folder names in the path (https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-products/wp-media-folder) and (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-media-folders/) Do you happen to know if Relevanssi Pro would be able to search PDFs with these other plugins in place?
