WP 2.5 breaks runPHP??

    I just upgraded to WP 2.5. It seems to have broken runPHP. Actually, it appears to be stripping the PHP out of my posts completely, so there isn’t much runPHP can do about that. Anybody know how to turn off whatever feature in WP 2.5 is causing this problem?
