For Google App > Android mobile the most common situation is related to the mobile hour https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185834?hl=en > My Google Authenticator codes don’t work

I checked it. It was not a problem with the programs.
The problem is with your plugin itself
There was no problem with the two-step code in the Wordfence plugin.

We were unable to reproduce the error on our different test sites, this is a very unusual issue.
