WP 3.3 and comment/login forms problem

    Is there a change in wp3.3 for how to check if user logged in for
    displaying comment forms and login forms?
    i updated to 3.3 and now even though im logged in as admin when view site
    the comment form still displays form for not logged in users.

    has there been a change?

    i found the solution, possibly during update some settings were changed
    i changed the comment author must fill-in name and e-mail to no
    and everything is back to normal
