Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
– running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
i’ll try this thanks esmi 🙂 i’ll update you with the outcome.
already reinstalled it and followed your steps but when i go to http://myeyesmycamera.com it gives me this:
Warning: require(.wordpress/wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/44/9442344/html/index.php on line 17
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘.wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/44/9442344/html/index.php on line 17
Looks like you missed some files in the upload. Did you re-configure WordPress to take over the root domain from a sub-folder called wordpress at one time?
yes. i’ll do that again. i might have missed some.
THANK GOD I FIXED IT! THANK YOU ESMI!! 🙂
Glad to hear that it’s all sorted. 🙂
