WP 3.5 HTTP Error

    The dreaded WordPress 3.5 HTTP Error. I have seen so many other forum posts but there seems to be NO solution to the problem. Why has WordPress not addressed it? This is seriously driving me insane. It is so random. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it will not. I need a fix ASAP. What can I do? My host is absolutely horrible at customer service so they were no help at all. I cannot find any php.ini file or /etc/apache2 files or anything of the nature.
