• I log in (admin) to make changes and also add a page to my site.
My changes viewed while I’m logged in are fine. However if I log out and go to my website, all changes, including adding a page are gone and I see only the original unchanged website.

Why must I be logged in to view my updated website? Never had this happen before.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I was going to look into this but when i opened your site it started blasting music. I closed the site and shall never re-visit.

Thank you for trying. Just so you know, the music is background and the volume is set very low (5 of 100).
I never experienced a high volume as you describe.

Oddly, and often quite misunderstood is the user experience. Please adjust the widget to only play audio when a user asks to hear it. You might then get a better response from the support community.

Well, there you go. Perfect example of the problem I asked about. Whatever I do “logged in” only sticks as long as I am logged into WP. Once I log out and then open my website, all changes are gone.

I disabled the music player, yet logged out, it continues to play. So any changes I make anywhere on my website do not stick.

EDIT: I just figured it out. WP SUper Cache plugin was the culprit. I deleted all cache files and now it is working correctly.

Let’s bring the plugin folks to task and ask them if adding some odd mp3 player widget should be cached.

    My vote: NO!
