Hi,
I visited the page you referenced, but I’m not seeing the incorrect dates, could you share some more details on where the incorrect values are shown, and where you set the date format?
Look now, please.
We have restored the original format.
(it was unthinkable to the public!)
The date is set in the General Settings and in the setup of The Events Calendar plugin
(same error)

Thank you very much, I’ve been able to replicate the problem, and I’m looking into why this is happening, I’ll give a followup reply once I’ve got some more information, but wanted to let you know it’s something I’m seeing as well now.
Hi,
I’m experiencing the same error from my side too.
I’ve let the Italian language team know of the problem, they are looking into things, I’ve created a ticket to track this, if you want ot follow along you may visit it at https://core.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/48606 (there’s a button near the bottom to “Follow” the ticket so you get notified when there’s any changes).
Although the root issue isn’t fixed, I’m going to mark this topic as resolved, since there is now a proper ticket and a confirmed bug for it, so we know that the best place for followups is on the that ticket.
@dgpixel,
You are right.
WP Crowdfunding plugin has the same issue with the Italian language.
$year = date_i18n("Y", strtotime($value['wpneo_rewards_endyear'].'-'.$month.'-15'));
Does not work on the Italian language date_i18n after upgrading WordPress 5.4
I hope, the core team will take care of this issue.
I am sorry, my typing mistake, it should be 5.3
