wp-admin 403 forbidden?

    I had some issues with this plugin, so decided to manually deleted it via ftp and deleted db entries (id_… ones). Now I cannot acces wp-admin at all. When I log in via wp-login.php, Im redirected to wp-admin 403 error page. But when I visit just my home page I can see top wordpress black tool bar but all links are going to wp-admin/whatever 403.

    Am I missing something?
