Try testing to see if you have a plugin or theme conflict.
Deactivate all other plugins except aiowps and revert to standard wp theme (eg, twentyfifteen)
Then try that feature again. If it works, start reverting your site step by step back to the way it was until you find the thing causing the conflict.

Use FTP and temporarily rename the folder for this plugin which will deactivate it and you will be able to login.

Which of the brute force features did you enable? Cookie based brute force feature or rename login feature?
If it was the cookie based then you will need to reset your .htaccess, ie, edit your .htaccess file and remove all the code from the AIOWPS plugin.
